Govt readies itself to halt no-confidence motion against Senate chairman Sanjrani

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani government of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) halted the unpopular opposition movement against Sadiq Sanjrani, Senator Sadiq Sanjrani.

According to sources, Balochistan CM Jam Kamal is established in Islamabad to make an effort to make unsuccessful movements succeed and meet with opposition leaders to discourage the movement against Sanjrani.

In this sense, Kamal and the leader of the House of Representatives in the Legislative Assembly, Shibli Faraz, traveled to the residence of the motion of confidence of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) of Maulana Fazl-ur- Rehman

After the meeting, Fazl-ur-Rehman told the media that Faraz and Kamal’s arrival at his residence was an honor, but it was not enough because they did not submit any proposals.

“It is felt that the consequences of the opposition movement may not be so great after all,” he added, adding that they should make a “concerted effort” to move forward and join in an effort to move towards a better path.

The Vientiane meeting demanded the opposition’s claim on July 23.

Sanjrani, said Kamal, has taken the opposite side in a way that he admires and that also works well in the future. “We must also cancel our request in the Senate.”

However, if the opposition opposes their movements, then the government will have to face it by doing the same, he added, even though they will talk to others.

It is important that the opposition has submitted its unconfirmed movements at the Office of the Superior Secretariat for the Replacement of Sanjrani. The petition includes a signature of 44 opposition members.

The opposition was named Hasil Bizenjo as a presidential candidate. Bizenjo, president of the National Democratic Party, comes from Balochistan and his party has five in the Senate.
