Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said Wednesday that Iran is ready for “alone” talks, but not if they will accept the sanctions.
Rouhani seems to be referring to possible negotiations with the United States. The president of the United States, Donald Trump, retired from a key destination in 2015 with Iran last year, but said he was willing to talk to the Islamic Republic.
“While I am in charge of the administration of the country, we are ready for legitimate, legal and honest negotiations to solve problems,” Rouhani said, according to his official website.
“But at the same time, we are not ready to sit at the acceptance table under the name of the negotiations.”
